If you’re looking to join a warm, uplifting Bais Yaakov environment, Fliptastic Gymnastics is the perfect place to make a real difference! Our program shines when our coaches are friendly, encouraging, and always smiling — and we’re excited to welcome new team members who bring positivity and heart to every class. 

We’re seeking coaches who adore working with girls, who can create a supportive atmosphere, and who love being part of a fun and meaningful program!

Coach Responsibilities Include:
• Welcoming and greeting the girls with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assisting with or running stretching
• Coaching, spotting, and encouraging the girls during skills
• Creating simple, engaging drills for the girls to do while waiting for their turn to be spotted
• Re-setting up the mats and helping keep the space neat and safe
• Helping the girls get ready at the end of class
• Assisting with dismissal and sending them off with a smile
