The Beginner Class is perfect for new gymnasts, typically ages 3–6, who are just starting their gymnastics journey. This class focuses on building a strong foundation while having fun, covering all basic jumps, rolls, backbends, handstands, cartwheels, and more in a warm, encouraging environment.
